• From the Los Angeles and Orange County areas
Interstate 10, East to the city of Redlands,
State Route 30, North four miles to the city of Highland
State Route 330, North to Running Springs (20-30 minutes)
State Route 18, follow signs to Big Bear Lake (20-30 minutes more)
At Big Bear Dam, turn right to stay on SR 18, and go to “City of Big Bear Lake” (not Big Bear City)
Cross over the bridge, continue on SR 18 for five more miles and you will be in the Big Bear Village.
Allow about 2-3 hours drive time.

• From the San Diego area
Interstate 15, North to the Temecula “Y”
Interstate 215 North to the city of San Bernardino
Interstate 10, East to the city of Redlands,
State Route 30, North four miles to the city of Highland
State Route 330, North to Running Springs (20-30 minutes)
State Route 18, Follow signs to Big Bear Lake (20-30 minutes more)
At Big Bear Dam, turn right to stay on SR 18, and go to “City of Big Bear Lake” (not Big Bear City)

• From Palm Springs, and other points East of Big Bear

At Big Bear Dam, turn right to stay on SR 18, and go to “City of Big Bear Lake” (not Big Bear City)

(you will need to get to the Junction of State Route 18 and State Route 247 in Lucerne)

North Shore Drive to Stanfield, Left
Stanfield to Big Bear Blvd., Right
Big Bear Blvd to the Big Bear Village.
Allow about 30 - 45 minutes from the junction of SR18 and SR247.
