A Great Place to Gather with family and friends. Big Bear is where Southern Californians come to gather with friends and family for fun, visiting, and just to catch up with the important folks in your life. THIS LARGE, BEAUTIFUL HOME IS THE PLACE TO BE! You can't beat the location: just three blocks down from Snow Summit, three blocks over from Meadow Park, and just minutes from The Village, markets, and local attractions. You can even see the lower slopes of Snow Summit from the great-room and deck. This popular home is comfortably decorated, and will accommodate up to 16 people. Inside the home you will find a warm cozy wood stove on a brick hearth, located in the downstairs livingroom. Adjacent is the “piano room”, through which you'll find a door to the outside spa. The huge upstairs "great room" is truly GREAT! Relax on fluffy furniture, in front of a big screen TV, or enjoy the pool table, just across the bar from the kitchen. The fully equiped kitchen has everything from pots and pans, coffeemaker, wine glasses, and more, and is part of the great room, separated only by the large island bar that's perfect for gathering. The dining room is also next to the kitchen, and will seat your group for dinner. After dinner, relax in the outdoor spa, and watch the stars overhead. The huge master bedroom has a king bed, plus pull-out futon sofabed. Bedroom two is decorated with Asian decor, and has a queen bed and a futon chair with ottoman that fold down into a single bed. Bedroom three is decorated as "The Tree Room", and also has a queen bed. Bedroom four is a bunkroom, with sleeping for up to eight kids (of any age). A washer & dryer is in the laundry room. Your extended family, church group, or small business will love this place, and want to come back over and over.
